Logo Sketches
The logo design process was split into 5 sections: one for each mobile page: Home, Discover, Events, Donate, and About.
Now, time to simplify the previous sketches and narrow ideas down. However, these designs seemed to be a bit generic, so I decided to take a look back at the brand itself.
The Children’s Museum focuses a lot on the education and creativity they can share and gather, so why not expand on it?
With this in mind, I focused my designs on the concept of ‘building blocks’ reflecting the brand’s idea of being a part of the community and education system as well: ideal to be the building blocks for the youth. Additionally, it reflects some of the symbols that are pre-existing!
Logo Designs
Working with minimal colors, these designs were built and established. Now, time to add some color :)
Taken from the brand’s color palette and reflecting its designs for other icons, these icons were established and ready to be prototyped.
Home Screen Concepts
These concepts were created to experiment with different layouts that are easy to navigate by users of all ages.
